Three routes, two bands on each. For 2 days, 1 to 8 guests pay IDR 58,000,000 (≈ USD 3,558) and 9 to 12 guests pay IDR 63,000,000 (≈ USD 3,865). On 3 days the bands are IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479) and IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785), and on 4 days IDR 91,000,000 (≈ USD 5,583) and IDR 96,000,000 (≈ USD 5,890).
Past 12 guests the boat stays the same and only the head count grows. From the thirteenth guest to the 18th, each one adds IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123) for 2 days, IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) for 3 days or IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) for 4.
A full boat on 3 days comes to IDR 96,000,000 (≈ USD 5,890), or IDR 5,330,000 (≈ USD 327) each. Half full, with nine aboard, it is IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785), or IDR 8,670,000 (≈ USD 532) each. Guests 13 to 18 and the extra beds they sleep on
Twelve people fit in six cabins on the queen beds, two to a cabin. Guests 13 to 18 go on extra beds in the upper Panoramic Suites, the main-deck Panoramic Suite and the Deluxe Ocean Suite, never in a Superior Suite.
Thirteen guests means one extra bed, fifteen means three, and eighteen uses all six: two in each upper Panoramic Suite, one in the main-deck Panoramic Suite and one in the Deluxe Ocean Suite.
How many cabins you use makes no difference to the band. A party of five pays the 1 to 8 price whether it spreads over three cabins or four, because only the number of guests moves the figure. Children under 3 travel free; a child of 3 or older is a full guest in the count.

What the price includes and leaves out
On a private trip you get transfers in and out, meals, snacks, drinks and snorkel gear. Free-flow mineral water, tea, coffee and milk are on board, with a dispenser and a refrigerator.
What you don't get is the tour guide or the photo and video documentation. Both are available on request, and we quote them separately before you decide. Park tickets, flights, hotels either side of the trip and tips are never in a price.
On a shared departure the guide and documentation come with the seat. On a private charter you add them or go without. It is the difference people ask about most, so we say it here and repeat it in writing.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.
A replacement boat when this one cannot sail
Three things can stop a boat: a breakdown, the port, or an order from the park. If one of them stops yours, your group moves to another phinisi in the same class or above, on your own dates, with nothing more to pay. Or the group takes a full refund, paid within 14 days. Either way the boat, the date and the cabins are confirmed in writing.
Which one you take is up to the group, and nobody has to decide on the dock. The refund is set out on the terms page.
You hear from us first, and the new plan is in writing before anyone pays a rupiah more. The organiser forwards one message instead of giving eighteen explanations.
Three messages from first question to deposit
First message: your group size, the route and two dates that would work. Tell us whether children are coming, and how old they are.
Second message: we confirm that the boat is free, with the cabin plan and the price, and you pay the 50% deposit that holds it. Third message: the balance, due 30 days before departure, along with the names of everyone coming.
There's no need for a call unless you want one. The whole booking can live in one WhatsApp thread. If a friend drops out before the balance is due, the cancellation table on the terms page shows what comes back.

What does each guest pay above 12?
From the thirteenth guest to the 18th, each is charged IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123) for 2 days, IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) for 3 or IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) for 4. Eighteen guests on 3 days pay IDR 96,000,000 (≈ USD 5,890) for the boat. Everyone above 12 sleeps on an extra bed in a Panoramic Suite or the Deluxe Ocean Suite.
Is the guide included on a private trip?
No. A private-charter price includes neither a guide nor photo and video documentation. Ask for either and we send a separate quote before you pay. On a shared departure both come with the seat, and on both kinds of trip transfers, meals, snacks, drinks and snorkel gear are included.
Can we book 2027 already?
Yes, you can book 2027 now. The October 2026 prices apply until the 2027 ones are issued, and we confirm the figure in writing before you pay. A private trip can go on any day the boat is free; open-trip dates for 2027 are on request.
