One boat, one invoice for the company
The team books one boat, not eighteen seats. The price follows the head count: for 9 to 12 guests the boat is IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for 3 days, and each guest from the thirteenth up to 18 adds IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184). For 8 or fewer the band is lower, and the table shows it.
That makes the sum easy for finance. A team of 12 pays IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for the boat, or IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) a head. A team of 18 pays IDR 96,000,000 (≈ USD 5,890), or IDR 5,330,000 (≈ USD 327) a head.
One invoice for the company is a matter for us to confirm: ask for it in the company's name, and we confirm the wording in writing before you pay. Outside the price: park tickets, flights, hotels, tips. A private trip adds the guide and the photo documentation to that list.
Whoever signs for the company decides the head count first. Everything else follows from it.

Rooming the team across six cabins
Six cabins, twelve beds at two to a cabin, six more on extra beds. Rooming a team is mostly a human question, and the company's own rules decide it. Send who shares with whom, and the cabin plan comes back to you.
The three Panoramic Suites have a balcony and take extra beds. The Deluxe Ocean Suite takes one extra bed; the balcony is in the Panoramic Suites only. The two Superior Suites take two guests each, with no extra bed. A team of 12 can fill six cabins in pairs, with nobody on an extra bed.
On a private trip, one guest alone in a cabin is allowed, because the boat is the company's. The price follows the guests and not the cabins, so a team of 8 pays the same band whether it fills a few cabins or all six.
Think about who snores, who rises early and who needs the quiet. A small survey saves a long conversation.

A meeting space, honestly described
The boat is built for a trip, not for a conference. Ask us before you plan a session on board, with a meeting room, a projector or a lectern, and we answer.
What the boat does have is useful to a team. An indoor dining area for a seated discussion, a large sundeck with bean bags for a looser one, an outdoor chill area with sofas, and a TV with a Bluetooth sound system. Holding a meeting on the boat or on an island is a request we answer before any payment.
Wi-Fi on board is local only. Nobody should plan a video call from the sea, and nobody should promise a client that the boss is online. Tell the team that the point of the trip is to be away.
Free-flow mineral water, tea, coffee and milk are on board, and they work in any meeting.
Deposit, balance and VAT for finance
Finance wants the dates and the numbers. The deposit is 50% of the total and confirms the booking. Pay the remainder 30 days before departure. VAT of 11% is already inside the quoted price.
If the company cancels, the refund is 50% when that happens from 60 days before departure, 25% when it is 30 to 59 days out, and nothing inside 30 days. Moving the date costs nothing until 30 days before departure, then IDR 500,000 between 29 and 14 days before.
Payment options for the company: bank transfer in rupiah, or a link to pay by card. Ask us how the invoice shows the VAT, and we confirm the wording in writing before you pay.
Names and ID details for all guests are due at least seven days before departure, for the harbour's list.
Payments we accept
Secure payment by Stripe, Airwallex, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
Fees: card payment link 3%, PayPal 7.2%, EDC card machine 3%. Your issuing bank may add its own charges. Deposit 50% to confirm, balance 30 days before departure. You can also settle the balance in Labuan Bajo on the departure day, in cash or by card on the EDC machine.
A plan that fits two working days
A team that cannot spare a week takes two days. On the 2-day route pickup comes before the 11:00 start, then Kelor, Rinca, the Kalong sunset and dinner on board. Day 2 goes from the Padar sunrise to Pink Beach, Taka Makassar and Manta Point.
A private trip leaves any day the boat is free, so the team picks the days. The return time on day 2 is not fixed, because the sea sets it, so do not book a meeting in Labuan Bajo for that evening. Book flights home with margin.
The team walks together, eats together and sits together in the evening. In between, anyone can take the sundeck or the cabin.
For a team that can spare a third day, the 3-day route adds a snorkel and the return around midday.

FAQ
Can we get one invoice?
The booking is one booking for the whole boat, and you can ask for the invoice in the company's name. We confirm its wording, the amounts and the dates with you. Park tickets, flights, hotels and tips stay outside the invoice.
Can we hold a meeting without a meeting room?
Ask us about a meeting room, a projector or a lectern before you plan a session. The boat has an indoor dining area, a sundeck and an outdoor chill area. A meeting on board is a request too, and we answer it first.
Is there Wi-Fi for the team?
The Wi-Fi on board is local only, so do not plan a video call from the sea. Tell the team before they pack, and tell the client the team will be away.

The price includes VAT of 11%. Ask us how the invoice shows it, and we confirm the wording. Finance can send us the company's details, the registered name and address, in the first message.
Can we pay in two instalments?
Yes: that is the standard plan. To confirm the booking, pay 50% now; the remaining amount is paid 30 days before departure. Both can be paid by bank transfer in rupiah or by other methods in the payment block.
