A Komodo anniversary or vow renewal on a phinisi with family puts the couple in a Panoramic Suite with a balcony and the relatives in the other cabins, up to 18 guests. On Senada Phinisi the whole boat for 9 to 12 guests is IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for 3 days.
A cabin with a balcony for the couple
Three cabins have a balcony, and the couple takes one. The two Panoramic Suites on the upper deck are the obvious choice. They have a window-seat bench, balcony chairs and a small table, a place to sit with a coffee before the rest of the boat wakes.
The Panoramic Suite on the main deck has a balcony too. It has a hexagon mirror above the bed and the balcony door beside it.
Those three cabins are the ones with a balcony, so decide before you book who takes the three. The couple first, and then the grandparents or the oldest guest, is a rule that most families accept without a fight. The cabins page shows every cabin in photographs.
Decide whether the couple wants the upper deck or the main deck. The answer sets the rest of the cabin plan.
The family around them, cabin by cabin
Who sleeps where, for a family of 14, with the couple at the centre. The couple has the first upper Panoramic Suite. Their daughter, her husband and their two children take the second, and use its two extra beds. A son and his partner take the main-deck Panoramic Suite. An aunt and uncle take the Deluxe Ocean Suite. Two cousins share one Superior Suite, and two friends of the couple share the other.
That is 14 guests in six cabins. Twelve sleep at two to a cabin and two sleep on extra beds, which is why the boat is the 9 to 12 band plus two further guests.
The Superior Suites take two guests each and have no extra bed, so no family of three goes there. Give us the children's ages and name who snores; the plan then arrives in writing before anyone pays.

The dinner on the sundeck, arranged ahead
Dinner is the centre of the day, and it is easiest to arrange ahead. Dinner on board is part of the trip. The sundeck, with its bean bags, is where the family goes afterwards. The indoor dining area, with the Senada Phinisi sign on the wall, is where the whole family sits to the same meal.
For a birthday, an anniversary or a proposal, a special dinner is on request. You get our written confirmation before paying. Menus and dining times are on request.
Plan the moment of the toast with the organiser. Whoever speaks, speaks from the deck. We do not run ceremonies, and we claim no officiant: a renewal of vows is the family's own moment, and any legal ceremony belongs elsewhere.
The family eats together, and the couple has the balcony after.
Arrangements we can make, and those on request
Some things are part of the trip, and some are on request. Pickup from your hotel or the airport, before an 11:00 start, is in the price, with meals, snacks, drinks and snorkel gear.
Cabin or deck decoration, a special dinner, a photographer: all on request, each one confirmed to you in writing ahead of payment. A cake is a dinner matter, so ask us with the dinner. A larger vehicle for the family is quoted separately.
A private charter fare has no guide and no photo or video documentation inside it. They are on request and quoted separately. A family that wants a record of the day should ask early, because the park has its own rules for cameras in the air.
We promise nothing we have not confirmed in writing. The services page lists what the booking team can arrange.
The sum for 14 relatives
The whole boat divided by the family. For 14 guests on 3 days the boat is IDR 84,000,000 (≈ USD 5,153), which is IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368) each. The first 12 guests sit in the band of IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785), and each of the other two adds IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184).
On 2 days the same 14 guests pay IDR 67,000,000 (≈ USD 4,110) for the boat, which is IDR 4,790,000 (≈ USD 294) each. The table runs from 2 guests to 18.
The price follows the head count and not the cabins. Park tickets, flights, hotels before and after the trip and tips are in no price, and a guide and documentation are quoted separately on a private trip.
An anniversary date is fixed, so book the boat first and the dinner second. The deposit is 50%, and what is left is paid 30 days before departure.

Can we renew our vows on board?
The family can hold its own moment on deck, with a toast and a few words from whoever you choose. We run no ceremony and claim no officiant, and a legal ceremony belongs elsewhere. Questions about timing and the deck go to us, and the written reply says what is possible.
Which cabin has a balcony?
The three Panoramic Suites: two on the upper deck and one on the main deck. For a couple, the upper-deck suites have a window-seat bench, balcony chairs and a small table.
Can you arrange a cake?
Ask us. A cake comes with a special dinner, itself on request, and our written confirmation arrives before you pay. We state no menu, no baker and no promise beyond what we have confirmed, and nothing is added to a price without a written quote.
Can a photographer join?
Available on request; written confirmation comes before payment. On a private charter the fare leaves out guide and documentation, which get a separate quote; the park also has rules for cameras in the air. Ask us what applies on your date.
How many relatives fit?
Up to 18: 12 at two to a cabin and six more on extra beds in the three Panoramic Suites and the Deluxe Ocean Suite. The Superior Suites take two each. From the thirteenth guest each adds IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) on 3 days.
