The message to send
Four lines are enough, and the button on each page fills them in for you. Line one is how many of you there are, children included, with their ages. Line two is the dates, or the weeks you can hold. Line three is a cabin on a shared departure or the whole boat. Line four is anything the group has already argued about: a balcony, a late flight, a grandmother who will not climb.
The ages matter. Under-threes ride free with a parent or guardian (ages 0 to 2). From age 3 the full fare applies, which is why the count in your message sets the price.
Write from the group chat if it helps. Paste the question the cousins are asking and we answer it in the reply. Do not send passport numbers or card details in the first message; the names come later, with the deposit.

Office hours and reply time
The office answers every day, 08:00 to 20:00 WITA. Labuan Bajo keeps WITA, Central Indonesian Time, eight hours ahead of UTC. A message sent in a European evening reaches the office in its morning, and the answer is waiting when you wake.
A message sent outside those hours waits until the office opens. Every message gets an answer.
In the reply you find either the boat price for your group size or the seat fares for the cabins you picked, with prices in rupiah and an approximate US dollar figure beside them. It gives the dates we can offer and a cabin plan for your group. Everything is written, and nothing is reserved until the deposit is paid. The deposit is 50%. After that, the remainder is paid 30 days before you sail.
If you would rather talk, say so in the message and give a good hour in WITA. We reply to arrange it.
Who answers the message
The booking team answers, at PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363. Booking, payment and pickup run through us. We read the whole message, including the part about the aunt who is afraid of the sea.
Questions about the boat itself, such as the cabins, the equipment and the route, we answer in writing. If we do not have a figure, such as a bed size in centimetres, we tell you so, and we do not guess.
The crew belongs to the boat and meets you at the pier. Before departure we send you the pickup details, so the group knows who is waiting in the lobby and at what hour.

What should the first message say?
The number of guests with the children's ages, the dates or the weeks you can hold, and whether you want a cabin on a shared departure or the whole boat. A note about balconies or hikes helps too. You get a cabin plan and a price back, written down.
How fast do you reply?
We reply in office hours, every day, 08:00 to 20:00 WITA. Anything that arrives outside those hours is held until the office opens. Labuan Bajo runs on WITA, eight hours ahead of UTC. Every answer is in writing, including the cabin and the price.
