Splitting the bill with eighteen friends

Six cabins for pairs, trios and quads
Six cabins give you six ways to sort people. Pairs fit anywhere, so twelve friends in six pairs get a cabin each and nobody sleeps on an extra bed. Trios fit the main-deck Panoramic Suite and the Deluxe Ocean Suite, which take up to three. Quads go in the upper Panoramic Suites, which take four.
Eighteen friends fill the lot: 4 and 4 upstairs, 3 and 3 on the main deck, 2 and 2 in the Superior Suites. Only the three Panoramic Suites have a balcony, so agree who gets one before the plan goes round. The cabins page has photographs of every cabin.
The Superior Suites take two guests and no extra bed, which makes them the place for the couple who like it quiet.

Evenings: dinner indoors, karaoke, the sundeck
Between the karaoke set and the TV with its Bluetooth sound system, there are two ways to get a song going. Dinner is indoors, the sundeck has bean bags, and the outdoor chill area has a sofa.
You eat on board, in the dining room under the Senada Phinisi sign, and afterwards everyone drifts up to the sundeck. Someone picks the playlist, someone bags the bean bags, someone sings.
The karaoke set is there to use, not a promise of a party. The group decides what kind of evening it is, and cabin doors close for anyone who wants quiet. Where she anchors overnight is settled that day by the captain, with the weather.
The friend who arrives late
Not everyone lands on the same day. Fly the stragglers in the day before pickup, which comes before an 11:00 start, and put everyone in one hotel in Labuan Bajo. Hotels before and after are not in any price.
A friend who lands after the pickup can't join the first day from the dock. Ask us before you build the plan around that, because we won't promise a catch-up we can't arrange, and our answer comes in writing.
If someone makes up their mind late, a seat on a shared sailing is the way in, on a date when a cabin is free. Add them to the chat and send us the new number.
Together on the loop, alone on the beach
Together, the group does the loop. Friday is Kelor, Rinca and sunset at Kalong. Saturday is the Padar sunrise, at 06:18 in July, then Pink Beach and the snorkelling. Sunday brings a last snorkel at Siaba or Sebayur and the trip back around midday.
On your own, there's a stretch of sand at Pink Beach, a corner of the bow or a book on the daybed. Pass the snorkel, take turns in the canoe, wave from the deck at friends still in the water.
Book flights after 14:00 on Sunday. The order of the stops is for the captain to set each morning. A 4-day version costs IDR 96,000,000 (≈ USD 5,890) for 9 to 12 guests, with the final order of stops confirmed with the captain.

Divide the boat by 12. On 3 days that's IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for the boat, or IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) each, rounded to the nearest ten thousand rupiah. On 2 days it's IDR 5,250,000 (≈ USD 322) each. Park tickets and flights come on top, and each friend pays their own.
Can friends arrive on different flights?
Yes, provided everyone is in Labuan Bajo for the pickup, which comes before an 11:00 start. Put the early arrivals in one hotel the night before. We arrange the pickup from the airport or the hotel, and the group confirms flight numbers in writing.
Is there a sound system on board?
Yes. There's a TV, Bluetooth sound and a karaoke set. The group decides how the evening goes, and the cabins are only a few steps away.
Can we all sleep in doubles?
Up to 12 friends can, one pair to a cabin on the queen beds, with nobody on an extra bed. Past 12, guests sleep on extra beds in the Panoramic Suites or the Deluxe Ocean Suite; on a shared sailing an extra bed costs IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) on 3 days and IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) on 2. The Superior Suites take two and no extra bed.
