What we arrange around the boat, and what stays with you

Eighteen guests with luggage need more than one car and a hope. For a large group, a bigger vehicle gets a quote of its own, and we put that in writing before you pay.

Give us the head count and the number of bags. We reply with the vehicle and the cost, so that the first time you see the price is not at the kerb with eighteen bags on the pavement.

If the group arrives on different flights, say so in the first message. Ask us whether one pickup or several suits the day, and we quote it with the rest.

Dinners on request: one set on an island, one that is a private island dinner, and one of seafood. Each has its own quote.

A special dinner marks a birthday or a proposal, or answers a dietary request. We write down what is possible, and we do not promise what is not. Menus are on request.

Dinner on board is already in the price. Extra dinners suit an evening when the group wants something different. Where the boat stops that day is for the captain.

Choose the dinner by the size of the group, not by the name. A seafood dinner and an island dinner suit a table of eighteen differently, and we explain the difference in the reply.

Cabin or deck decoration for a birthday or an anniversary is on request. Name the cabin, the date and the occasion. Our reply lists what the crew can set up, with the cost.

A decoration is a small thing on a boat with a sundeck and a dining room. The group decides which of the two, and the surprise stays with the organiser.

Nothing is added to your booking without a quote. If you do not reply, nothing is added.

Say what you want written on it, if anything, and tell us who should not see it before the day. The reply includes what we can arrange and what it costs.

A photographer or video for the group is on request. A seat on a shared sailing includes the documentation; a private price does not, and we quote it separately.

Camera drones are subject to national park rules; ask us before you bring one.

If the group wants a particular shot, say which: the Padar ridge at sunrise, the sundeck at sunset, the whole group on the bow.

A shared sailing already carries photo and video documentation in the seat, so a separate request is for a private trip or for something specific, such as a group portrait on the bow.

Extras are on request. We confirm each one in writing before you pay. Anything we cannot confirm stays out of your plan, and nothing is added by default, so the plan you approve is the plan that sails.

The first question to ask is the group's size, because it decides the vehicle, the dinner and the decoration. The second is the date, because a boat that is free on it can add the extras, and one that is not cannot.

Extras stop where the price list begins. Park tickets, flights, hotels before and after, and tips stay with you, and a message to us is the start of every one.
