Komodo 3 days 2 nights phinisi for groups: all of Senada Phinisi costs IDR 73,000,000 (≈ USD 4,479) for 1 to 8 guests and IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for 9 to 12, and Friday seats start at IDR 5,300,000 (≈ USD 325). Nobody is rushed on the last morning, and you are ashore in Labuan Bajo around midday.
Day 1: lunch aboard, Kelor, Rinca, Kalong at sunset
Friday. Pickup from your hotel or the airport comes before an 11:00 start, and lunch is on board. From there the boat sails to Kelor, the group treks at Rinca, and the day closes with sunset at Kalong, at 17:57 in July.
Dinner is on board. The whole first evening is shared: everyone in the dining room, then out on the sundeck. Time on your own is the cabin, cool and with hot water.
Where she lies for the night is decided that day by the captain, watching the weather. Your cabin is yours wherever that turns out to be.
It's a full first afternoon, but not a rushed one, because the stops are spread out and the evening is left for the boat. Bring a layer for the sunset and a charged phone for the photographs.

Pickup comes before the 11:00 start and is the one fixed hour. Every other time on this page is a planning guide, and the captain sets the stop order on the day.
Day 2: sunrise ridge, pink sand, sandbank, mantas
Saturday is the long day, and it starts early. Padar sunrise is at 06:18 in July, up stairs and a dirt path. Find out who wants the ridge and let everyone else sleep until breakfast.
After breakfast comes Pink Beach, where the sand photographs pink and the water is good for a swim. Lunch is on board, and the afternoon is for snorkelling: Taka Makassar first, then Manta Point.
Manta Point is on the route. What swims past is up to the sea, and the captain and the guide decide when to go in. The second dinner is on board too.
Day 3: the last snorkel and the return around midday
Sunday has no alarm. After breakfast there's a snorkel at Siaba or Sebayur; the captain picks which one on the day, and if the weather says no, there is no snorkel.
Then the boat heads back, reaching Labuan Bajo around midday, and a car to your hotel or the airport is already booked.
Book flights after 14:00. That leaves time for the drop-off, a shower and lunch before you check in. A Friday start gets the group home for Monday, provided the flights line up.
The sail back after that snorkel is the quiet hour of the trip. Some people sleep, some sit out on the sundeck, and somebody starts picking the photographs to share in the chat.
The Friday seat and the whole boat side by side
Friday seats are sold by the cabin: IDR 5,300,000 (≈ USD 325) for a Superior seat, IDR 6,700,000 (≈ USD 411) for a Deluxe Ocean seat and IDR 7,450,000 (≈ USD 457) for a Panoramic seat. Each one includes the guide and the documentation.
The whole boat comes without a guide or documentation unless you ask, and then we quote them separately. On a Friday seat, an extra bed adds IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245).
Split eleven ways, the boat is IDR 7,090,000 (≈ USD 435) each, below the price of a Panoramic seat. Neither option includes park tickets.

Eighteen on one boat: the 3-day sum
Eighteen guests on 3 days pay IDR 96,000,000 (≈ USD 5,890) for the boat, or IDR 5,330,000 (≈ USD 327) each, with every cabin full: 4 and 4 in the upper Panoramic Suites, 3 in the main-deck Panoramic Suite, 3 in the Deluxe Ocean Suite, and 2 and 2 in the Superior Suites.
The table has a row for every group size from 2 to 18. Each per-person figure is rounded to ten thousand rupiah, and whoever handles the money nudges the last share up or down.
Every guest above 12 makes the sum better, since each adds only IDR 3,000,000 (≈ USD 184) and the boat stays the same.

Flights, hotels and the morning you land
Land the day before. Pickup is before 11:00 on Friday, and a same-day morning flight is a gamble you don't need. Spend the night in Labuan Bajo and get some sleep.
Hotels before and after the trip aren't in any price. If the group wants help choosing one, ask us; the hotels page has the options.
Sunday's flight home should leave after 14:00. Say so in the chat now, before somebody books the 10:30 and finds out at the airport. We don't book flights.
FAQ
What time are we back on day 3?
The boat is back in Labuan Bajo at about midday on day 3, and a car then takes everyone to a hotel or the airport. The captain decides the order of the morning, so the weather can shift the time a little. Book flights after 14:00.
Which flight is safe on the last day?
Anything that leaves after 14:00. The boat gets back around midday, and the drop-off to your hotel or the airport is already arranged. An earlier flight puts the whole group at risk of missing it, and we advise against one.
Is dinner on board on both nights?
Yes. On day 1 dinner follows the sunset at Kalong, on board, and day 2 is the same. Meals are full board, with snacks, tea, coffee and free-flow drinking water. Menus and meal times are on request.
Where is the third-day snorkel?
At Siaba or Sebayur Island. The captain chooses between the two on the day, depending on the weather and the state of the sea. If conditions say no, there's no snorkel that morning, and we tell you if the plan changes.
Is the 3-day trip on a fixed weekday?
Shared sailings always start on a Friday, and every date on the calendar is one. A private trip can go on any day the boat is free, so a group can choose a Tuesday if the diary says so. We confirm the date in writing.
